The company
SAS Gröner Family Office manages the assets, investments, and shareholdings of the Gröner family in France. Created in 2022, it is a subsidiary of the Gröner Family Office GmbH located in Germany.
Our objective is to develop and enhance a portfolio of properties located in the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
We are committed to developing a varied and coherent portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
We take care of all phases of a property’s life: acquisition, conception, renovation, management, and administration. In addition to exploiting the individual potential of each property, we place great emphasis on design, with a focus on sustainability and societal added value.

SAS Gröner Family Office is a shareholder in several companies, allowing it to create synergies and optimize the development of its assets.

The SCI-companies hold the Gröner family’s real estate assets:
These properties are located in Saint Tropez, Ramatuelle, Gassin and Le Lavandou and range from studios to luxury villas as well as flats in the heart of the village. We are also shareholders in commercial and mixed-used SCI’s, dedicated to commercial rental, office activities and employee housing.
SARL CG Batiment – general building company.
We work closely with CG Batiment on the conception, renovation and all other construction work related to our properties.
SAS CG Immobilier – real estate developer
We have decided to broaden our investment strategy by engaging with CG Immobilier in real estate development

SARL Maison d’Azur
We have chosen to work with Maison d’Azur, a company based in Saint-Tropez, which rents out and manages our properties for seasonal rental.
SARL Gröner Patrimoine
We have chosen to entrust the management of our commercial properties to SARL Gröner Patrimoine. This company is also involved in the management of the car fleet, artworks and concierge services.
SCEA Château Blanc
A 130-hectare estate in the Var hinterland. This project, which is currently under development, will offer agro-tourism based on olive trees and wines.

Principal
Christoph Gröner is responsible for strategy, acquisition and development. With more than 25 years of management experience and a broad know-how in real estate development, he is the visionary of the group. His expertise combines the professional refurbishment of old buildings with the development of ecological and technologically innovative new buildings. Christoph Gröner’s career start is rooted in CG Gruppe AG, which specialized in the development of neighborhoods.
Frank Gröner
Managing Director
Gröner Family Office Ltd. und Gröner Gastro & Hotel Holding Ltd.
Frank Gröner is Managing Director of Gröner Family Office Ltd. He has more than 30 years of management experience in engineering and real estate; 10 years of which in the management of CG Gruppe stock company. His core competencies are in the areas of administration, controlling, personnel and business organisation.
Jessica Brunnhuber
Project Manager
Jessica Brunnhuber is a Project Manager of SAS Gröner Family Office.
She has over 15 years of experience in the hotel, restaurant and luxury brand sectors.
Her skills enable her to carry out demanding projects in collaboration with an international team in order to guarantee the optimal valorization of the Gröner family’s assets.
Céline Squarra
Project Manager
Céline Squarra has been supporting the development of the real estate in France since 2017.
Her experience in France and Germany enables her to act as a link between the Gröner family and the teams and partners in France.
She oversees property acquisitions and sales, financing, personnel management and all administrative and legal matters.
